PERSONAL RETREAT
Every year after Christmas, we offer a guided retreat to help us look back as one year concludes, and look ahead to a new year filled with growth, transformation, and a deeper connection to God. This is one of our favorite traditions at Port City, so let’s ALL do this together!

ADVENT AT PORT CITY CHURCH
Advent is a season of anticipation & expectation as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Christ and long for His return.
Through Advent, we reenact the waiting of God’s people for the long-expected Savior, and we learn to anticipate Immanuel, “God with us,” in our own lives today.

PORT CITY 101
Curious about Port City Church? Have you been coming for a while and now you are looking to get more connected? Are you new and wondering if this is the place for you? Port City 101 is the best place to start!
You’ll get to meet some staff, learn about groups, the various ministries here at the church and in our community, and get to know other people who are looking to connect at Port City as well. Most importantly, Port City 101 is a place where we get to come alongside you in your walk with God. We would love to have you join us!
ENCOUNTER THE CITY
Once a month, we host a 4 hour immersive tour of Wilmington with the intent of being students of our city and its needs. From visiting multiple neighborhoods, eating an authentic meal from a non-western restaurant, and meeting with local partners, our 'Encounter the City' tour creates space for encounters that we hope will change the way we see Wilmington and our role in bringing the Gospel to bear in it. It is a short, but truly impactful experience! Register below to see available dates!

PARENT CONNECT
We would love for you to join us for Port City Kids CONNECT on the first Sunday of every month!
CONNECT is a space for parents to connect with other parents in the same season of life. Join us in the grassy area outside Studio 3 anytime between 10 and 11 on the first Sunday of EVERY month!
Coffee is provided for parents as well as games and a yummy treat for the kids! Registration is not required, simply show up and CONNECT!
SABBATH GUIDE
This summer, we practiced a Sabbath Sunday. This was a chance to intentionally stop, rest, and delight in our relationships with Christ!
Our desire is that this kind of practice be incorporated into your weekly rhythm. We have created resources to help you prepare for a regular sabbath!
VIGILANT HOPE CAFE
The Vigilant Hope Café at our Wilmington Campus is open on Sundays from 8:30-11:30am.
CONNECT GROUPS
At Port City, we believe that community is essential!
That’s why we organize groups to help you find a welcoming place to build community around the person of Jesus! Our Connect Groups are designed for you to jump in, find community, and be encouraged in your walk.
WEEKDAY DEVOTIONS
Throughout the year, our staff creates weekday devotions to help encourage you in your personal walk with God. You can have these devotions delivered directly to your inbox!
“WALKING TOGETHER”
The collection is designed to help children process common yet difficult topics alongside their parents. We see these books as tools to help families have meaningful and hopeful conversations, whether those circumstances are happening for them personally or if they are being experienced by a friend, family member, or even a neighbor.
