We host a two day immersive experience where participants can experience first hand the struggles of poverty. It is important to understand that a person living in poverty never really knows what to expect next in life; thus, in order to create a genuine experience, we do not offer many details about the weekend up front. This may create a sense of being powerless, but powerlessness is a part of poverty. You can, however, read our FAQ here. Please note that this experience is only for adults and high school aged youth, and that Vigilant Hope may determine that the poverty simulation is not the next best step for some individuals.
